- Recent bloods if relevant (e.g. for renal/hepatic dosing or electrolyte imbalance)
- Imaging if related to symptoms (e.g. CT showing metastases, CXR with effusion)
- Medication chart (especially opioids, benzodiazepines, antiemetics)
- Symptom trends and response to treatments
