This page is the official support URL for the BetterCall app on the App Store and Google Play. BetterCall is a clinical reference and workflow tool for hospital doctors in Ireland and the United Kingdom — note templates, calculators, tasks, and optional signed-in features.

Common questions
- Is BetterCall medical advice?
- No. BetterCall is an educational and workflow aid. Always follow local protocols and senior review. Read our medical disclaimer.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Most clinical reference content is available without signing in. An account unlocks tasks, usage tracking, teams, and other optional features.
- Sign-in or sync problems
- BetterCall uses Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication). Check your network connection, ensure you are signed into the same Google account on web and mobile, and try signing out and back in. If problems persist, email us with the address on your account.
- Suggest a correction to clinical content
- On the website, open any topic and use the suggestion form at the bottom of the page. In the app, use the suggest-edit option on a topic where available, or email us with the topic name and your recommended change.
- Delete my account
- See our dedicated account deletion page for step-by-step instructions and details on what data is removed. You can also delete from Account settings or email privacy@bettercall.ie from the address linked to your account.
Web app & updates
The same service is available at bettercall.ie. Download the iOS app from the App Store; release notes appear on your store listing.
